We believe that it is important for you and the community to understand the complex claims process, the public adjusting process and, the rights afforded to you under your insurance coverages.

As a free resource to the community, we are hosting our Insurance Recovery Workshop on Tuesday, October 3rd at 6:30pm at the North Shuswap Community Hall in Celista. If you have questions about your insurance policy or how to submit your claim, our claims advocates will be available to provide one-on-one assistance. No reservation necessary.

These workshops ensure that you have all the information and knowledge on how to move your claim forward beyond the initial advance payments or promises made by your carrier so far.
