Her background covers every stage of the claims process, from on-site damage inspections and scope development to estimate analysis, policy interpretation, and settlement support. As a public adjuster, Teri works directly with policyholders to guide them through the claims process with clarity, technical precision, and a steady, empathetic approach, ensuring losses are thoroughly documented and accurately presented.

Throughout her career, Teri has worked closely with legal counsel, contractors, engineers, and insurance carriers, giving her a comprehensive, end-to-end understanding of how claims are evaluated and resolved.
